I just received news that Bakersfield Harley-Davidson has earned a 2009 Bar & Shield Silver Award.  The Bar & Shield Award is given to a select number of dealers who excel in the areas of high customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, training, market-share, financial reporting and genius management skills… ok that last one is a bit of an exaggeration.
